Do you book gorilla permits?
Yes. We secure gorilla and chimpanzee permits for you as part of your safari. Permits are limited, so we recommend booking early.
How fit do I need to be for gorilla trekking?
Moderate fitness is enough for most healthy adults. Porters and walking sticks are available to help on steep trails.
What is the best time to travel?
The drier months of June–September and December–February are the most popular, but you can travel all year round.
Do I need a visa?
Most visitors need a visa for Uganda, Rwanda and Kenya. The East Africa Tourist Visa covers Uganda, Rwanda and Kenya on one visa.
Can you arrange airport transfers?
Yes, we offer pick-ups and drop-offs at Entebbe, Kigali and Nairobi airports.
