A booking is confirmed once we receive your written confirmation and the agreed deposit.
Payments
Payment details and deadlines are shared with your final itinerary. Gorilla and chimpanzee permits must be paid in full when booked.
Cancellations
Cancellation charges depend on how close to the travel date you cancel. Permits are subject to the park authority’s own rules.
Changes to itineraries
We may need to adjust an itinerary because of weather, road conditions or park rules. We will always offer the closest alternative.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical costs, cancellation and personal belongings.
Health and visas
Travellers are responsible for their own visas, vaccinations (including yellow fever) and travel documents.
